The Bryce Jordan Center strives to provide exceptional service to all our guests, including those guests with disabilities or special needs. The Bryce Jordan Center recognizes the needs of persons with disabilities, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990. The Bryce Jordan Center provides a full range of accommodations for guests with disabilities for the comfort and enjoyment of our events and facility.

Accessibility Accommodations
Accessible Seating
Accessible seating is available in multiple locations in the arena. Seating locations vary depending on the event. When ordering accessible tickets, it is important to indicate what type of accessible seat you require, so that we can properly assist you. To purchase accessible seating:
- Visit Ticketmaster online, select the event, and click on the "Request Accessible Tickets" link or ADA icon.
- The Bryce Jordan Center Box Office also sells accessible seating. Please visit the Box Office page for hours and more information. For questions/concerns regarding accessible seating, please contact the Bryce Jordan Center Ticket Office at (814) 865-5555 or BJCTicketCenter@psu.edu.
- For accessible seat locations, please view the seating chart on the individual event pages.
The existence of handrails, width, and steepness of steps are a few items you may want to inquire about when choosing a seat location.
In accordance with the ADA, each individual with accessible seating may have a maximum of three (3) companions in the same area.
Accessible Parking
Accessible parking is available in a number of lots near the Bryce Jordan Center including Jordan East in the ADA Visitors Section (near Gate B) and Stadium West directly across the street from the Bryce Jordan Center Ticket Office. Parking in these lots is available upon a first-come, first-served basis.
Please allow extra time for traffic and parking when planning your visit to the Bryce Jordan Center.
A valid, state-issued ADA placard or license plate is required in addition to payment for parking.
Wheelchair Escorts
The Bryce Jordan Center provides complimentary wheelchair escorts for guests when requested. Wheelchair escorts may be requested at any entry point or at Guest Relations located near Gates A & C on our Concourse during events. Please be aware that our staff will not remain with you during the event, nor will they allow you to remain in the wheelchair for the duration of the event. Upon request, our staff will also provide you with an escort after the event. Personal assistance into or out of the wheelchair cannot be provided.
Elevators
The Bryce Jordan Center is equipped with elevators that access most areas of the arena. Should you require special assistance in reaching your seat, please contact the Ticket Office in advance at (814) 865-5555 or BJCTicketCenter@psu.edu or visit Guest Relations located near Gates A & C on our concourse during the event.
Please note that Event and Concourse Level Seating is not accessible via elevator. Event Level Seating is reached by going down nine steps while Concourse Level Seating is accessed by going up 14 steps.
Restrooms
All restroom facilities at the Bryce Jordan Center are accessible. Restrooms are located on both the Concourse and Floor Levels.
Concessions Stands
All concession stands at the Bryce Jordan Center are accessible with lowered counters on either the far left or far right of each stand.
Assistive Listening Devices
Assistive Listening Devices are available for guests with hearing disabilities at all Bryce Jordan Center events. To obtain an Assistive Listening Device, please visit Guest Relations at Gates A & C on our Concourse. Guests will be required to leave a valid photo id as collateral for the device. Assistive Listening Device types include Loop and Over the Ear.
Interpreting Services
For basketball games, Bryce Jordan Center offers closed captioning of the in-arena commentary. Guests may view the captioning via a QR code at Guest Services on their personal devices or a building supplied device.
For concerts, comedy or other sporting events, Bryce Jordan Center offers sign language interpreters or closed captioning to guests who request an accommodation. Please note, requests must be made at least two (2) weeks prior to the event. Service Animals
Service dogs and miniature horses that are specifically trained to provide assistance to an individual with a disability are welcome in the Bryce Jordan Center. If you anticipate bringing a service animal to an event, please contact the Bryce Jordan Center Ticket Office prior to your visit at (814) 865-5555 or BJCTicketCenter@psu.edu.
We are unable to allow pets, comfort animals or emotional support animals inside the venue.
Nursing Mothers
The Bryce Jordan Center provides nursing mothers’ station for all events. Location varies by event, please inquire at Guest Relations at Gates A & C on our Concourse for specific locations.
Baby Changing
The Bryce Jordan Center is happy to provide baby changing stations in each women’s restroom at the Bryce Jordan Center. For additional accommodations, please visit Guest Relations at Gates A & C on our Concourse.
Text Assist
Fans who wish to report issues and concerns (e.g. security needed, spilled drink, medical issue, etc.) can do so in a quick and convenient manner by texting the Bryce Jordan Center Text Assist Service.
